Upcoming changes to the City’s healthcare plan will require a Well Visit along with a Health Risk Assessment, HRA, to receive the wellness incentive on your respective health insurance policy per Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Biometric screenings will no longer be conducted through open enrollment.
Employees can save $360 annually if they or their spouse complete the HRA and Well Visit, while they can save $540 annually if they both complete the HRA and Well Visit.
