Community Leaders Emphasize Spirit of Cooperation

Recently an editorial was published in the AZ Republic on August  1, 2011, written by co-founders of Ann Malone and Paul Barnes.  They wrote of the need for citizens not to lose sight of the cooperative efforts between community groups, labor organizations and City government that enabled the City to make approximately 100M dollars in cuts to the budget and saving approximately another 35M through efficiency measures enabling the City to maintain its AAA bond rating.
