Our account profile has been updated with Verizon and changes have been made. You are now able to contact Verizon Business Customer Service (1-800-922-0204) and be assisted in simple requests without the requirement of our passcode or office authorization.
Also, due to the number of accounts that are delinquent, Verizon is requiring suspension of service to accounts 60 days past due. The full amount due will be necessary to resume services.
