PLEA Responds to Concerns From Member

PLEA recently received an e-mail communication from a concerned member.  The letter of concern had been e-mailed around the department and posted on the internet before your Association had seen it or had a chance to respond.  PLEA feels that due to the wide and very public dissemination of the letter of concern that we should respond to the member not only via personal communication but by our own e-mail and website as well.  PLEA welcomes any member who has concerns to express them to us.  This can be done via e-mail (PLEA is not on city e-mail), phone contact, attendance at a monthly membership meeting, appearing at a monthly board meeting, or by scheduling an appointment with any Board member in the office.   Concerns that are aired publicly warrant a public response in order to explain our position to the membership at large. Clicking on the links below will allow you to read the e-mail of concern from Nick as well as the response from PLEA President Mark Spencer.
