Samsung and Verizon are requiring ALL Note 7 devices be returned IMMEDIATELY. This includes devices that were replacements to the first recall. To send back your Note 7, you will be required to bring them to the PLEA office for processing, as there is a specific process we have to follow per Samsung and Verizon.

You can activate an old Verizon device that you currently have and your eligibility will be reset, or you will need to order a phone that is in stock with Verizon.
