In one of the highest membership turnouts in the history of PLEA, over 90% of the Officers voted “NO” on the Last, Best, and Final offer from the City of Phoenix. PLEA is now prepared to argue our case in front of a fact-finder on Wednesday April 4, 2012 and we will have an advisory ruling from the fact-finding no later than Monday April 9, 2012. PLEA will keep the membership posted as this moves forward.
