3rd Annual Require the Prior Awards Luncheon

On Tuesday, April 12, 2011, PLEA was honored to host and be a part of the 3rd Annual Require the Prior awards luncheon.  The event was well attended by members of various community groups, city government, and law enforcement officers from the City of Phoenix.  The 3rd annual Protect and Serve Service Award was presented to Ms. Lisa Hubbard of the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department.  The 3rd annual Protect and Serve Leadership Award was presented to Mr. Paul Barnes who is the founder of the Neighborhood Coalition of Greater Phoenix.
