On September 9, 2011, Commander Jeff Hynes will retire from the Phoenix PD after 32 years of service. PLEA will assist in hosting a retirement sendoff to be held at the PLEA office on Sept 9th from 1200-1400 hours. PLEA greatly appreciates the efforts made by Commander Hynes when he was assigned to PSB in attempting to fix a badly broken bureau. Please feel free to stop by and wish Jeff well.
