As of August 5, 2009, the legislature has yet to come to a budget agreement and is now in it’s 3rd special session. The legislature convened last week to make another unsuccessful attempt at passing a budget and as to date they have yet to come to a compromised budget. Other than that, all information in the report reflects actions that were taken during the regular session.
