On Tuesday, April 7, 2009, the Indian School Corridor-Citywide Association held a press conference at the PLEA Office to present its first annual ‘To Protect and Serve’ award. This years award was presented to Officer Rusty Stuart and Commnader AB Smith of the Squaw Peak Precinct. PLEA was proud to be a part of this inaugural event.
