On Tuesday, October 28, PLEA hand carried a letter of concern to Mr. Jim Hacking and the pension fund managers of the Public Safety Pension Retirement System (PSPRS). This letter addressed the public safety manager position occupied by Mr. Harris and the conflict we believe it’s causing with AzPost and City of Phoenix Ordinance requirements.
PLEA’s next step is Superior Court.
