On Good Friday, April 2, 2010, PLEA, Ann Malone (Require the Prior), and Rev. Oscar Tillman (NAACP) met at the PLEA office. The time spent together was extremely positive. PLEA shared our members’ concerns with both Mrs. Malone and Rev. Tillman. One of the many common goals and issues discussed was the need for progressive change within Phoenix Police Management. Future meetings as community partners are in the planning process.
