Originally created for teachers and educators, the DOVE Program has been expanded for PLEA Members.
The DOVE Program provides PLEA Members and their immediate family members discounts on new and used vehicles. DOVE is currently partnered with Jones Motors in Mesa, Arizona and the Penske Automotive Group of Arizona.
Restrictions on certain early year makes and models may apply.
