David Lee Johnson

Police Officer David Lee Johnson was shot and killed by an off-duty detective in front of 219 East Jefferson Street. The detective and Johnson got into an argument over him running a stop sign. The detective drew a revolver and fired time times, fatally wounding Johnson. Officer Johnson was a U.S. Army veteran and is survived by his aunt and uncle.
