Beginning in March 2013, after 37 years, the Phoenix Law Enforcer became the official publication of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association, replacing the Recap, which evolved from the Monthly Recap, our flagship newsletter. The Phoenix Law Enforcer, published by 911MEDIA, is a 24-page, bi-monthly magazine, which takes us to the next level in maintaining our level of professionalism as the organization which represents the rank-and-file Phoenix police officer as we have for the past 38 years.
